birth support

 

Birth doula services include support for the birthing person and their family or community before, during, and immediately after birth. Support includes:

- 2 prenatal visits (1 ½ hours each)
- support by phone, email, or text upon beginning work together
- on call 24/7 in the two weeks before and after your due date
- birth support
- 1 to 2 postpartum visits
- additional sessions available

postpartum support

 

Postpartum doula services include support for the birthing person and their family or community following birth. Support includes:

- emotional, physical and educational support for the birthing person and family, including integration of birth experience and after-birth healing
- nursing or feeding support
- nourishing meals for birthing person and family
- care for baby while family naps, rests, meditates, showers, etc.
- create routines and help integrate for family
- provide referrals as needed, including lactation support, education, massage, acupuncture, bodywork, well person care, pediatric care, mental health resources, etc.

abortion support

 

Abortion support includes guidance on expectations, affirming care, and emotional support before, during, and after abortion. Includes accompaniment at appointment or home as requested.

fertility support

 

Fertility support services include educational and emotional support in the gestation and family planning process. Focus on supporting queer and trans individuals and families in navigating their choices.

pregnancy loss support

 

Pregnancy loss services includes guidance on expectations and emotional support in the challenges of termination or miscarriage. Includes accompaniment at appointment or home as requested.
